THE ROMANIAN SOCIETY OF PEDIATRIC ONCO-HEMATOLOGY operates the website www.srohp.ro and the member platform www.membri.srohp.ro

The website www.srohp.ro belongs and is the property of the Romanian Society of Pediatric Onco-Hematology and is considered a website with information both for doctors and and for patients, relatives and the general public.

Access to the members’ platform (www.membri.srohp.ro) is done securely, by using a username and a passwords, for use by health professionals, members and society.

Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to abide by the “Terms and Conditions of Use” set forth below.

1. Use by the general public and healthcare professionals

The content of www.srohp.ro represents information that is available to both the general public and healthcare professionals. The content of the member platform www.membri.srohp.ro is available only to users who have an account and is intended for health professionals, members of SROHP.

In order to obtain an account, it is necessary to fill out the membership form, pay the fee and approve the application by the Board of Directors of SROHP.

When completing the membership form in the SROHP Platform, the user agreed to the following:

The user agrees with the statute of the Company, with the rights and obligations stipulated for the members of the Company.

This represents the terms and conditions proposed by the Company and must be accepted before accessing the information intended for health professionals on the website www.membri.srohp.ro

Requesting a user account, in the membership form, by checking the box – I have read the Terms and conditions of use of the Platform represents an acceptance by the user of the conditions specified by the ROMANIAN SOCIETY OF PEDIATRIC ONCO-HEMATOLOGY > under the conditions stipulated by art. 9 of the Electronic Commerce Law 365/2002. Checking the box represents an electronic signature, in the sense of art. 4 point 3 of the Electronic Signature Law no. 455/2001, having the same value as a holographic signature.

2. Registration, Passwords and Responsibilities

Registration on the website www.membri.srohp.ro is allowed only to members of SROHP based on their membership of the SOCIETY. The access of the user (Health Professional) to certain functions within the site (example: online courses) is carried out securely by email and password, and is allowed only to Users who are members and agree to the terms and conditions of use of the site. We recommend that you do not disclose your passwords to anyone.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Consequently, despite our efforts to protect your information and use secure information transmission protocols (https), SOCIETATEA ROMANĂ DE ONCO-HEMATOLOGY PEDIATRICĂ cannot ensure or guarantee the security of the information you transmit to us. We therefore warn you that any information sent to us will be done at your own risk.

THE ROMANIAN SOCIETY OF PEDIATRIC ONCO-HEMATOLOGY publishes on the Platform, in the secure area, with secure access, certain materials available on this site as a result of partnership agreements with various entities (companies, authors, etc.). These materials will contain copyright notices specific to that material. No such notice shall be used to confer directly or indirectly any rights of any kind in such materials.

The Platform grants healthcare professionals who are members of the Society access to Online Course or EMDC Program content published on the Platform (which may or may not be credited to EMC).

Access to the EMCD course or program and the related exam is NOT transferable! Access to the course, EMCD program or exam on behalf of another user is prohibited.

Completion of the entire EMCD course or program is mandatory before starting the online examination.

It is forbidden to copy, store, communicate in any form of the exam.

Access to the exam is ensured under the conditions established by the relevant Medical College (for example: Romanian College of Physicians)

If the ROMANIAN SOCIETY OF PEDIATRIC ONCO-HEMATOLOGY receives a notification regarding the existence of uses that do not comply with the terms and conditions, it reserves the right to suspend the user account or block access to it.

Any access to content intended for Health Professionals that violates the Terms and Conditions will be reported to the course organizer and the relevant Medical College.

If there are suspicions of exam fraud, users will be requested to present themselves for re-examination at the Course Organizer’s headquarters.

IV. NO RESPONSIBILITY

This site is controlled and operated by the ROMANIAN SOCIETY OF PEDIATRIC ONCO-HEMATOLOGY and does not assume any responsibility for the content of the materials on the site.
