S.R.O.H.P. is an associative, non-governmental, non-political, autonomous organization, without patrimonial (or lucrative) purpose, which brings together practitioners in the field of pediatric oncology based on the right to free association, according to the Government Ordinance no. 26/2000.

S.R.O.H.P. can gather individuals and legal entities from Romania and abroad, business enterprises, professional societies, and is open to all those who adhere to its activities, regardless of nationality, political or religious beliefs, and who respect the terms of the S.R.O.H.P. Statute, the provisions of Government Ordinance no. 26/2000, and other applicable legal regulations.

According to the S.R.O.H.P. Statute, the governing body of S.R.O.H.P. is the General Assembly, formed by all the members of the association. The operational management of the organization is entrusted by the members of the Society to a Board of Directors, composed of: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer.
